AME 47560 - Sanctuary Candle Recycling/Reuse

The chapels throughout campus currently send used sanctuary candles and the remaining wax to landfills because there is not a process to recycle or reuse them. In this one credit hour independent design project, a student team will work closely with campus stakeholders to address this sustainability issue. The students will review current knowledge and ideas, research and test their own solutions, design an implementation plan, and obtain feedback from the campus community.

All are welcome to apply, but spots are limited. Priority will be given to students already working on this project with Dr. Warren.
