AME - HydroxyApatite Porous PolyEtheretherketone for Orthopaedic Implants

HAPPE Spine LLC, is a medical device development company founded by Prof. Roeder that designs and commercializes innovative implants utilizing the patented HydroxyApatite Porous PolyEtheretherketone (HAPPEĀ®) material platform. The HAPPE material platform is poised to disrupt not only the spinal implant market but also products across the entire orthopaedic market by overcoming the limitations of currently available materials. Students on this project will on projects supporting HAPPE Spine's commercialization of this platform, including preclinical research models, manufacturing process development and validation, and new product development .
