Summer Opportunity - NDBridge

Fully funded 8 week summer opportunity to conduct community engaged research for the common good at one of 30 locations around the United States and the globe.  

Students selected for NDBridge will be matched with a faculty mentor during the 1 credit Spring Semester class (Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm) - they will produce an original piece of research by August 2026. 

The application for NDBridge closes January 5, 2026. Students may apply directly through the NDBridge website (in other words, the application does not count towards one of the three STRAND applications).

Participants in NDBridge will learn collaborative engagement practicesfoundational research skills, and will subsequently be able to articulate how the community-engaged research informs their understanding of the common good, and offer possible responses to explore in their upcoming academic/professional trajectory.
