Time domain simulations of infrared nanoantennas

Dr. Gergo Szakmany is seeking undergraduate students to participate in Prof. Bernstein's infrared nanoantenna research. Specifically, the student will perform time-dependent COMSOL simulations to optimize nanoantenna geometries for higher sensitivity.  The student will also work in the lab to verify the optical response of the fabricated devices. Dr. Szakmany will manage the day-to-day operation, and Prof. Bernstein will serve as a secondary advisor.  Preferred applicants are EE and AME students with experience in COMSOL.
